Does this template persist submissions?
No. Forms, embeds, checklists, and estimator surfaces are non-persistent demo handoffs until a tenant configures real provider integrations.
Does retrieval call an external provider?
No by default. It uses local JSON indexes and provider-neutral API metadata so external RAG can be connected later.
Are the records real?
No. Brands, listings, source records, and guidance are fictional demo content with human-review boundaries.

City-service content is fictional demo content. Verify current requirements, fees, eligibility, deadlines, and legal notices with an official city source before action.
Use the content root, local JSON indexes, and provider-neutral blocks as a starting point. Replace fictional copy and configure production integrations before launch.
